Deposit & Pickup Policy

• A $75 deposit is required to reserve a specific cockatiel.
• Deposits are non-refundable. Once a bird is marked as “On Hold,” it is no longer available to other buyers, and we will provide twice-weekly video and photo updates on your bird!
• A one-time transfer of the deposit to another available bird is allowed if something changes. After a transfer is used, the deposit becomes non-transferable.
• The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup.
• We will only accept deposits once a bird is old enough to be confidently reserved and nearing weaning.
  

Pickup Timing

• Once a bird is fully weaned and ready to go home, pickup is expected within 7 days.
• A one-time extension of up to 7 additional days may be allowed if communicated in advance. After that, the deposit is forfeited and the bird may be made available to other buyers.
